Panda Express & The Coca-Cola Company Give Good Cheer This Holiday Season
Celebrate the season with family and friends at Panda Express and help kids treated at Duke Children’s Hospital!
Every day of the year, Panda Express guests and associates help kids here in the Triangle and Triad by rounding up their meal purchases at the register at their favorite Panda Express. Donations help fund programs that directly affect our patients and their families.
This year, from Nov. 25 through Dec. 28, 2019, guests can also help through the Get a Coke & Give Good Cheer initiative. Purchase any Coca-Cola beverage and Panda will donate holiday cheer to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals up to $250,000*.
It’s a great way to inspire hope and spread joy to children and families like Benjamin this holiday season.
Benjamin began experiencing pain and limping when he was a toddler. His physicians sent him for tests but did not know how to diagnose him. He was finally sent to Duke Children’s, where he was diagnosed with chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis, a rare condition where the body attacks its own bone marrow, resulting in painful lesions.
Now, Benjamin is a 7th grater and thanks to the care he receives at Duke, is an active preteen: a budding scientist, a caretaker for his pet chickens, and someone who loves to give back to Duke and his community with his best friend, his sister Colette.
