Holiday Season Campaigns

As we enter the holiday season and time of giving thanks, we would like to thank you for your support of Duke Children’s and take some time to let you know of the opportunities that are coming up through our corporate partners. We are fortunate to have such great partners who help support Duke Children’s. While visiting these locations you will have the opportunity to make a gift through each partner’s holiday campaign.

  • Ace Hardware (Nov 29 – Dec 25) – During this holiday season participating Ace Hardware stores will engage in a round-up campaign. This campaign gives customers the opportunity to support Duke Children’s by rounding their total up the next full dollar amount. All that change adds up and creates great impact in the lives of the children at Duke Children’s!
  • Columbia Sportswear (Nov 1 – Dec 31) – This year our great outdoors partner is hosting a point of sale campaign in which each location will ask their customers if they would like to support Duke Children’s by donating $1 at the register.
  • Marriot (Dec 1 – Dec 31) – During this holiday season participating Marriot properties will be supporting Duke Children’s through the Milk & Cookies Campaign. While staying at a Marriot property add a cookie and some milk to your order. Proceeds from Milk & Cookie orders will help support families at Duke Children’s.
  • Speedway (Dec 3) – This year Speedway will participate in asking for donations on Giving Tuesday. Each location will ask their customers if they would like the opportunity to make a difference by donating at the register.

With the holiday season upon us, we thank you for the impact you make in the lives of the patients and families at Duke Children’s and hope that you will consider the above companies to support during this time of year. Each round up and every dollar helps give the gift of hope to the children and patients who may be spending their holidays in the hospital.

Thank you for all of you support and have a great holiday season.
