GameStop Campaign Supports Duke Children’s

Since August 29, over 3,800 GameStop stores throughout the United States have been raising funds for two of their charitable partners, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and Make-A-Wish in order to “help local kids get back to being kids.”

Have you had the opportunity to donate at one of the 72 GameStop locations fundraising for Duke Children’s? If the answer is no, don’t worry – there is still time! GameStop stores will be asking customers to donate $1, $5, $10 or to round up their change to the nearest dollar when they make their purchase at the register through Sunday, September 30. All donations at locations in our market will be split evening between Duke Children’s and Make-A-Wish.

Money raised by Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals’ partners funds critical research, treatment, and programs at Duke Children’s. We could not do these things without wonderful partners like GameStop. Altogether, we are able to create a family-friendly, supportive environment for children. Their comfort and the hope for a healthier tomorrow is – and always will be – our priority.
