Duke Children’s patients celebrate Kendra Scott’s Sweet 16

On June 16th Kendra Scott stores around the country raised money for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in honor of the company’s 16th birthday. More than 70 locations nationwide donated 20% of all proceeds that day to their local hospital. Two stores in the Raleigh-Durham area, North Hills and Southpoint, raised over $2,000 for Duke Children’s!

Duke Children’s patients, Colt, Jackson, and Lindsey attended the birthday bash over the weekend. Each child designed their own custom piece of jewelry from the store’s “color bar” selection. The personalized piece was then displayed near registers along with the child’s story.

This event was the first national partnership between Kendra Scott and CMN Hospitals.  Employees went above and beyond to make this event memorable for customers and patient families alike.  Thanks to the generous contributions from corporate partners like Kendra Scott, Duke Children’s is able to provide top-quality healthcare to all children. Thank you Kendra Scott for making miracles happen!
