Fore The Kids Golf Tournament Success

On October 14th, Duke Children’s hosted a sponsored golf tournament to raise money for the hospital. The weather was beautiful with 84 golfers in attendance.

The event raised $37,000 thanks to the sponsors that spent their day on the course. A very special thank you to Pepsi, Pepsi Bottling Ventures, Keurig/Dr. Pepper and Long Beverage for supporting the mission of Duke Children’s and providing prizes to tournament winners.

Lastly, thank you to those that helped to provide logistical support for the event. These members included Walmart associates from Market 297 and Heritage Golf Course staff.

Duke Children’s is already looking forward to seeing everyone on the course next year!
